Cancellation Policy

At Aesthetic Wellness, we require a 25% deposit of the service fee to confirm your appointment. This deposit guarantees your booking and will be credited towards the total cost of your service.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

We also offer a flexible rescheduling policy, allowing changes to your appointment time without any fees if done at least 4 hours in advance.
